What is the day-to-day routine?

We are all makersand leave lots of protected time for deep work. Most engineers have a maximum of 3 meetings a week and spend most of the time researching and coding.

Instead of having stand-ups, we have a strong culture of committing work in progress (supported by feature flags). Every engineer is expected to push a daily pull request with their incremental progress.

We are building for developers, so everyone on the team is encouraged to cultivate their own product sense and suggest feature directions. We don't have any product managers and most engineers are in multiple shared Slack channels with our customers.
