Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer, AI-Native to design, build, test, and maintain full-stack features for legal and financial workflows. You will work with C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server/Azure SQL, and React or Angular, while leveraging AI-assisted tools with strong security and architectural discipline.

Responsibilities include CI/CD via Azure DevOps, code reviews, production issue resolution, and collaboration with product teams, QA, and offshore engineers to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core.
• Working knowledge of React or Angular.
• Experience with Git-based source control, pull requests, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLMs, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or Azure OpenAI.
• Ability to write and refine structured, context-rich prompts.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, security, architecture, and coding-standard alignment.
• Foundational understanding of agentic development workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
• Experience building both front-end and back-end features across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience supporting production applications.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Exposure to AI-driven code generation and test scaffolding at scale.
• Experience partnering with offshore engineers.
• Familiarity with security-conscious code review.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Quality Engineering, and business stakeholders.

Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer, AI-Native for a leading legal technology and financial solutions client. This engineer will design, build, test, and maintain full-stack features across mission-driven platforms that help streamline complex legal and healthcare workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft development technologies, modern front-end frameworks, cloud-based delivery practices, and AI-assisted engineering tools. This person will work in an agentic development environment where AI supports code generation and testing, while engineers retain ownership of technical judgment, architecture, security, and the quality of everything released.

Day-to-Day

Design and develop full-stack features using C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server or Azure SQL, and React or Angular

Write maintainable code supported by unit and integration tests

Participate in code reviews and incorporate constructive feedback

Support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation

Review all AI-generated output for correctness, security, quality, and architectural alignment
