Prima, a fast-growing motor insurance tech company, is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Engineering team working on the AI/ML Platform. You’ll help build shared services, APIs and developer tools enabling engineers and data scientists to experiment, build and operate AI/ML solutions at scale.

We value curiosity, collaboration and pragmatic design. You’ll own features from technical design through implementation and operation, primarily using Python, and you’ll focus on scalability,

Qualifications

• Proficient Python development with solid software design and architecture skills.
• Experience building reliable, scalable software systems with good testing practices.
• Ability to own features end-to-end from design through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the AI/ML platform and shared services.
• Design and own core APIs and developer tools for AI/ML lifecycle.
• Tackle scalability, reliability, observability and DX challenges.
• Translate user needs into simple, reusable platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists from design to operation.
