Job summary

Fluidstack in San Francisco is looking for a skilled engineer to develop AI-integrated software that accelerates capacity building. You will take ownership of features across the entire stack and ensure that our infrastructure runs efficiently.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in software engineering, strong autonomy, and familiarity with AI coding tools. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $275,000, along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping production code.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and working with agentic frameworks.
• Proven ability to work with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Build the infrastructure that reduces time to compute.
• Own features at every layer of the stack from concept to outcome.
• Identify problems, design solutions, build, ship, and measure success.

Skills

Software engineering experience

Experience shipping production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript

Hands-on experience with LLM APIs

Excellent communication skills
