Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a software developer to design, build, and maintain applications using Python, JavaScript, Java, and Go. You will collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of software development experience, with at least 1 year in AI-enabled projects and familiarity with AWS and APIs. You will participate in code reviews and drive secure, maintainable code across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of exposure to AI development, AI-enabled applications, automation, or AI-assisted software engineering.
• Experience with at least one modern programming language, preferably Python.
• Understanding of APIs, testing, debugging, and version control.
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud-based application development, preferably AWS.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
