Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, services, and APIs in a fast-paced team environment. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

You will contribute to front-end, back-end, or full-stack efforts, participate in code reviews, and work across cloud deployments. A strong foundation in CS/SE and familiarity with AI-enabled tools will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, information technology or a related technical field.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals: OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
• Experience with at least one modern language such as C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or similar through coursework, projects or internships.
• Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and modern software development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Basic understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Interest in AI/ML and emerging technologies with willingness to leverage AI-enabled tools.

Requirements
