Job summary

Axiom Technology Group is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and scale solutions within our Customer Success Management ecosystem in San Jose, CA. You will focus on building integrations, data pipelines, and platform extensions across Gainsight NXT and our enterprise stack.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise or SaaS environments, with strong SQL, Python, Java, or C# skills and experience configuring Gainsight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development in enterprise or SaaS.
• Strong backend/data engineering skills with SQL/Python/Java/C#.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions within Gainsight NXT and CRM platforms.
• Build and maintain integrations across Dynamics, Azure, Databricks, SnapLogic.
• Develop data models, pipelines, and transformations for health scoring and analytics.
• Prototype and deploy AI-driven features such as sentiment analysis and predictive insights.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance per enterprise standards.
