Qualifications

• Experience delivering features across the full software lifecycle from conception to production.
• Experience participating in oncall rotations and incident response.
• Ability to design and implement scalable APIs and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build features across WS services from customer requirements through production deployment.
• Participate in oncall rotation, investigate incidents, root-cause and fix permanently with the team.
• Work on AI agent systems: integrations, data pipelines, agent infrastructure.
• Build APIs enabling WS account provisioning consumption by other teams.
• Produce technical designs and review others' designs with constructive feedback.
• Reduce operational toil with automation, alarms, and runbooks.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing and onboarding.
