Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• 1+ years designing and developing large-scale distributed software applications and services.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build features across WS services from customer requirements through production deployment.
• Participate in oncall rotation, investigate incidents, and fix root causes with the team.
• Work on the team’s AI agent systems: integrations, data pipelines, agent infrastructure.
• Build APIs that let other teams consume WS's account provisioning.
• Write technical designs, review designs, and incorporate feedback.
• Reduce operational toil via automation, better alarms, and runbooks.
• Help junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and onboarding.
