Job summary

Insider One is seeking an experienced AI engineer to join a high-velocity team building a platform that uses agents to write and review production code. You will plan, implement, test, and ship features in a real production system that handles billions of requests daily, with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and developer tooling.

You’ll own prompts, guardrails, and architecture notes, ensuring outputs are safe, auditable, and reusable across teams.

Responsibilities

• Ship with agents across planning, implementation, testing, and review.
• Own the output; review agent code for correctness and security.
• Keep context docs and security checks up to date.
• Build team tooling for prompts, sub-agents, and guardrails.
• Use AI across the full lifecycle: tests, runbooks, ADRs.
• Review AI-assisted work; codify best practices.
• Share setups and encourage adoption of useful AI tooling.
