Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, write, test, document, and implement software solutions aligned with customer requirements and organizational standards.

• Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to communicate project states and proposals.
• Document system and application designs for future maintenance.
• Determine user needs and create software to meet those requirements.
• Identify and resolve design, test, and maintenance issues.
• Develop in an agile environment, delivering high‑quality software.
• Assist junior team members and mentor on technical skills.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by team leaders.
