Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Apply software development methodologies to solve a variety of problems.
• Collaborate with multiple engineers on the team to enhance quality and maintain best practices.
• Engage with product owners and business stakeholders to understand project status and provide suggestions.
• Document all product or software aspects for future maintenance and enhancement.
• Analyze and develop software to meet customer needs.
• Diagnose and resolve issues arising during design, testing, and maintenance procedures.
• Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Prepare and deploy solutions while establishing and specifying system architecture, requirements, and design.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Enhance and extend technical skills through continuous learning, workshops, conferences, and communities of practice.
• Perform additional related duties as directed by the team leader.
