Motion Recruitment is seeking a Software Engineer in Chandler, AZ (Hybrid) for a well-known Financial Services company on a 12-month contract.

Develop enterprise applications across the full stack, design scalable microservices and API-first architectures using GraphQL and REST, and work with MongoDB and SQL databases.

The role requires 5+ years experience and hands-on expertise with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Java/Spring Boot, GraphQL, REST APIs, and cloud-native patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building enterprise apps across full tech stack.
• Hands-on expertise in: React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Java/Spring Boot, GraphQL, REST APIs, Microservices, MongoDB, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
• Review and analyze complex software engineering challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to resolution of complex multi-faceted situations to meet deliverables and compliance.
• Strategically collaborate with client personnel.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and API-first architecture using GraphQL and REST.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks; develop backend with Java/Spring Boot.
