Job summary

Captivation Software LLC in Maryland seeks a senior software engineer to assist with daily responsibilities in support of national security missions. Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph and be a U.S.

citizen. Fifteen years of SWE experience and a Bachelor’s degree in CS are required; an additional four years of related SWE experience can substitute for the degree.

Captivation Software is looking for a senior level software engineer who will be assisting with daily responsibilities.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, andcomplexity is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Required Skills:

• Software Test Developer Engineer
• Familiar with SDR’s, servers and other hardware that would be used in the Customer’s test infrastructure
• C++ with some Python and Shell scripting
• CICD experience. Will need the candidate along with testing be able to modernize the build process and continuous testing that would go along with it.

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
