Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Software Engineer to support defense aviation, flight software development, and mission‑critical aircraft systems. This onsite role at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, OK involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software models and operational flight software for strategic bomber platforms.

You will join a team responsible for software that ensures performance, safety, and mission readiness of critical military aircrafts.

Qualifications

• Experience with C and/or ADA
• Experience with JIRA for requirements management, workflow tracking, and development activities
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and software integration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Must be a U.S. Person for export compliance purposes
• Active Secret Clearance required to start
• Experience with embedded software design is preferred

Compensation for the Software Engineer include:

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 relocation assistance offered depending on experience
