Captivation is seeking software developers with a Top Secret/SCI clearance to support national security programs. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a favorable polygraph.

This direct-hire role emphasizes delivering high-quality software on complex government projects. Required experience includes seven years as a SWE on similar programs, a bachelor’s degree in CS or related field (or 4 additional years of SWE experience in lieu of a degree).

Requirements

Security Clearance: Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

This position is open for direct hires only. We will not consider candidates from third party staffing/recruiting firms.

Minimum Qualifications

• Seven (7) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
