Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associates degree and 7 years of systems analysis/application development experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 9 years of higher education and/or work experience including minimum 7 years systems analysis/application development experience.
• Strong experience in C#, .Net Core, Angular, and Web API in an Azure environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete and oversee systems analysis, design, and development.
• Participate in technical analysis and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and manage project plans and technical specifications.
