Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a remote Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Rust services with a focus on reliability. The role involves actor-based patterns, microservices, and distributed system tooling for scalable solutions, collaborating across cross-functional teams.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. The consultant will work on a W2 basis with benefits, and there is potential to convert to full-time employment after the contract period.

Qualifications

• Experience in Rust and Go software development.
• Proficiency in C# and Orleans actor model.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and patterns.
• Experience with Event Sourcing and CQRS.
• Familiarity with Dapr and Sidecar pattern for distributed systems.
• EventStoreDB experience is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Our client seeks a software engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance services using Rust with a focus on reliability. The role includes implementation of actor-based and event-driven patterns, microservices architecture, and distributed systems tooling to deliver scalable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2
