Job summary

MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of data. You will own deep engineering problems end-to-end, with no ticket queues or standups, in a culture where each contributor is an architect or lead.

The team values memory-focused design, low-latency I/O, and robust distributed storage concepts. Expect to work on OS internals, networking, and systems programming with a strong emphasis on correctness,

• Deep OS internals; networking from socket layer up; strong opinions on memory, concurrency, and correctness.
• You debug by understanding, not guessing; you’ve read source code out of curiosity.

What you will do:

You’ll own problems end-to-end — the kind mostengineering teams never get close to. No ticket queues,no standups, no permission. Just you, the codebase, anda team of people who care as much as you do. Everyonehere is an IC, an architect, or a lead — most are all three.

Your Skills and Experience:

Deep OS internals. Networking from the socket layer up.Strong opinions on memory, concurrency, andcorrectness — and the humility to revise them. You’vedebugged something no one else could reproduce.You’ve read source code not because you had to, butbecause it was bothering you.

• Operating Systems, Networking, Systems Programming, Distributed Systems, Storage Engines, Vector/Graph Retrieval, Low -Latency I/O, and Protocol Design
