Job summary

MinIO, Inc. is seeking a Field Architect - Global System Integrators to shape the company''s GSI strategy and drive technical leadership across the AI ecosystem.

The role partners with the GSI leader to influence alliances with Accenture, Capgemini, EY, Deloitte, and others, focusing on AI Factory architectures and joint go‑to‑market initiatives. You will evangelize reference architectures, collaborate with partner CTOs and AI leaders, and represent MinIO at events and briefings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure, AI, or distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise AI architectures and AI Factory design.
• Strong knowledge of NVIDIA AI Enterprise, DGX/HGX, CUDA ecosystem.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Iceberg, RAG, agentic AI.
• Experience working with Global Systems Integrators.
• Executive presence, storytelling, whiteboarding, and public speaking.
• Proven ability to influence strategy without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global GSI strategy with the business-facing GSI leader.
• Build trusted relationships with partner CTOs, Chief Architects, AI Practice Leaders, and executive leadership.
• Architect and evangelize end-to-end AI Factory reference architectures spanning compute, GPU infra, networking, Kubernetes, storage, data platforms, AI frameworks, and orchestration.
• Develop joint offerings and GTM motions with NVIDIA, Databricks, and the broader AI ecosystem.
• Lead architectural discussions and technical workshops with Field Architects for customer initiatives.
• Represent MinIO at conferences, executive briefings, analyst meetings, webinars, podcasts, and partner events.
• Provide strategic feedback to Product and Engineering based on ecosystem trends.
