Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Software Engineer for Troy, MI to develop embedded automotive software components across all development phases. The role requires analyzing requirements, implementing solutions in C/C++, and supporting testing, validation and releases in AUTOSAR environments with CAN/LIN/FlexRay or Ethernet interfaces.

The position targets candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or closely related field, with hands-on experience in automotive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical, Electronics, Computer or Computer Systems Engineering or closely related field.
• 3+ years of software/embedded software experience in automotive applications & interfaces.
• Experience with CAN, LIN, FlexRay or Automotive Ethernet; programming in C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all development phases from requirements to releases.
