Job summary

Insperity is seeking an experienced application developer to collaborate with multiple departments on development, support, and maintenance requests using the .NET stack.

The role emphasizes defining scope, estimating work effort, gathering business requirements, ensuring design standards, coding, documentation, unit testing, and mentoring colleagues to handle complex technical tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or four years of related work experience.
• Three to five years of professional experience is required.
• Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of application development for moderately difficult assignments.
• Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software operations and principles.
• Ability to apply standards and processes in work.
• Urgency in addressing break/fix issues affecting end users.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OO design and SOA.
• Knowledge of SOA and SOLID principles.
• Working knowledge of .NET and related technologies (Visual Studio, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, EF, Web API, LINQ).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, CSS, HTML, XML, and XSLT.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational concepts.
• Proficiency in C# and RWD.

• General knowledge of design patterns and principles, particularly Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

• Working knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework and associated development technologies, particularly Visual Studio, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, Entity Framework, Web API, and LINQ.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, CSS, HTML, XML, and XSLT.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational concepts.
• Proficient in C#.
• Knowledge of RWD Responsive Web Design.
