Job description

Most of the time, we deliver a standard version of Odoo to our customers. However, some want a more tailored solution:from adding a simple button to developing larger custom features.

As a Software Engineer, you'll turn these customization requests into reality, handling everything from technical analysis to development and support.

Unlike traditional consulting firms, you won't be sent to clients: you'll collaborate directly with our Business Analysts, your in-house colleagues who handle customer relations. You’ll work from our Louvain-la-Neuve office, with most client follow-ups done online.

Working tools

• Database: PostgreSQL (with object-relational mapping)

Responsibilities

Create impactful solutions for clients of all sizes and industries, turning their business needs into smart Odoo features

Ensure long-term success by maintaining, improving, and supporting the custom solutions you've built

• Shape our SaaS offer by tailoring it to unique customer requirements
• Empower our partners through guidance and training, helping them deliver outstanding Odoo projects
