Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineer to join one of the world's leading technology companies. This will be part of the Reality Labs organization which brings people around the world through next generation Augmented, Mixed, and Virtual Reality. This is part of the Silicon Research team within RL and job responsibilities are as follows:

We are looking for a strong Software Engineer with solid Python proficiency to work on the development and maintenance of in-house and third-party EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools and design flows. The ideal candidate should have strong engineering fundamentals — including clean code practices, debugging skills, and an ability to build scalable automation — along with excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Experience with EDA tools, ASIC/VLSI design flows, or semiconductor development environments is a plus but not required. What matters most is a strong software engineering foundation, a willingness to learn domain-specific tooling, and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

Pay range: $45+/hr
