Coinbase is seeking a Software Engineer for the EAA Compliance CXAE team. You will own end-to-end development of user-facing features across the compliance agent platform using Golang and React, and you will integrate third-party tools to accelerate delivery.

Work with product, design, security, and data teams to address complex CX and compliance challenges, building scalable services on AWS and Kubernetes. This remote-first role emphasizes collaboration, with quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications with backend languages (Golang, Python, Java, or similar) and a frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployment environments (Kubernetes, Docker, or similar).
• Experience with distributed systems concepts such as caching, event-driven architectures, or API integrations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences via documentation, proposals, or reviews.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Software Engineer - Compliance CXAE

As a Software Engineer on the EAA Compliance CXAE team within the Enterprise Engineering,, you'll build the AI-first applications and services that power how CX Compliance agents work every day. This team is responsible for the platforms, tools, and integrations that streamline compliance processes, helping agents resolve customer issues and KYC workflows faster, with greater accuracy, and at scale. You'll own full-stack feature delivery across Golang and React, ship third-party integrations, and directly improve the productivity and compliance experience for millions of Coinbase customers.

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end development of user-facing features across the compliance agent platform using Golang, React, and cloud technologies, from design through production deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:
