Job summary

Job description

• Contribute to the support and administration of the regulatory software platforms, applications, and tools.
• Participate in Tier 1 and support Tier 2 system activities.
• Work across functional areas, primarily with IT counterparts, to ensure the needs of the Regulatory Affairs department are met. Administer and manage configurations for all environments.
• Manage access requests across all systems. Review and assess system releases.
• Develop and implement system solutions.
• Develop and document system processes.
• Conduct requirement analysis. Troubleshoot issues for content management and peripheral tools.
• Draft and review protocols for system change. Inspection and audit support.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Minimum experience: Two (2) years

Position requires two (2) years of experience, which must include two (2) years of experience in Documentum, Veeva Vault, Generis CARA. Travel required to the extent of relocating to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
