This is an onsite position in our Reston, VA office location. Must be authorized to work in the US. To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorization from the U.S. Government.
As a Software Engineer, you’ll contribute across the full lifecycle of advanced flight management software. Our teams build customized solutions for both commercial and military aviation—supporting aircraft from helicopters to fixed‑wing platforms.
In this role, you’ll apply rigorous avionics standards while helping drive innovations that enhance flight optimization and operational efficiency.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: Level II: $85,000 - $107,000; Level III: $100,000 - $135,000; Level IV: $125,000 - $165,000
