Valar Labs, a fast-growing AI diagnostics startup, builds products that bring clinical grade AI to oncologists worldwide. You will help design and ship agentic AI pipelines and the clinician-facing portal used daily by care teams.

Join a team delivering production-ready models in a HIPAA environment, writing robust evals, guardrails and full stack features from prototype to production.

Qualifications

• Strong full stack fundamentals in JavaScript, React and Node.
• Experience with Docker, AWS and production deployments.
• Daily fluency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex, and judgment about where they help.
• 2+ years of software engineering experience; exceptional new grads welcome
• (Optional) Experience building LLM powered products or working in healthcare
