Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug software to deliver solutions for business and mission needs.
• Lead and coordinate software development projects from planning through deployment.
• Apply software engineering standards, processes, and tools throughout the full development life cycle.
• Analyze user requirements, system capabilities, and programming techniques to resolve challenges.
• Correct program errors, document development, and prepare operating instructions.
• Integrate simulation assets, C2 systems, and DIS/HLA gateways for training solutions.
• Ensure all software meets quality and security standards.

Responsibilities

• - Design, develop, test, and debug software to deliver logical and mathematical solutions for business and mission needs
• - Lead and coordinate software development projects from planning through deployment
• - Apply software engineering standards, processes, and tools throughout the full development life cycle
• - Analyze user requirements, system capabilities, and programming techniques to resolve complex challenges
• - Correct program errors, document program development, and prepare comprehensive operating instructions
• - Integrate simulation assets, C2 systems, and DIS/HLA gateways for robust training solutions

Required Skills and Experience

• - Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline
