Job summary

The Bachrach Group seeks an experienced engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent business applications and automated workflows across the organization. You will combine full-stack skills with AI-assisted development to deliver scalable enterprise solutions and integrations in a major US market.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL Server/MS SQL skills, experience with Azure, REST APIs, automation scripts, and enterprise reporting tools, and hold a CS/CE/IS degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in CS/SE/IS or related field.
• Strong background in relational DBs and SSRS.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Codex or Claude Code.

Job description

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent business applications and automated workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack engineering fundamentals with modern, AI-assisted development practices to build scalable business systems.

Qualifications

• Strong background in relational database development, data modeling, complex query design using T-SQL, SQL Server, XML, and enterprise reporting technologies such as SSRS.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and coding platforms, such as Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, or comparable solutions, to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Familiarity with MCP servers, AI orchestration, workflow automation, and related integration frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education, technical training, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Preferred Experience

• Experience developing technology solutions within professional services, consulting, or other complex enterprise environments.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience developing API-based integrations, automation scripts, and data workflows using technologies such as PowerShell, REST APIs, cloud collaboration tools, CRM platforms, document or content management systems, enterprise resource planning systems, and human resources applications.
• Knowledge of enterprise application integration, workflow automation, cloud-based business systems, and secure data exchange patterns.
• Familiarity with source control, CI/CD practices, and development lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
