These agents communicate directly with stores via text, email, and voice to identify and act on revenue opportunities in real time. They’re now looking for exceptional engineers to help scale their platform and solve novel technical challenges at the intersection of AI, reasoning systems, and real-world commerce.

What You’ll Work On:

• Building agentic systems that interact with retail stores via voice and text, powered by robust reasoning and memory components
• Developing generalized action engines to identify and act on revenue-driving opportunities
• Improving user experience for both internal tools and self-service platforms
• Scaling infrastructure, optimizing latency (especially for voice), and improving data ingestion from often unstructured sources
• Contributing to a lean, highly collaborative engineering team with direct access to founders and end users

Ideal Background:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and a passion for building
• Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node), backend systems (Python, PostgreSQL), and AWS infrastructure
• Excitement for fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup or top-tier tech company preferred
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to NYC — this is an in-person role
• Competitive salary ($120K–$200K) + equity
