Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an early-stage engineering contributor in New York City to help build end-to-end features for an AI sales enablement product. You will shape product and engineering standards as the team grows, with ownership across the full stack.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of software experience, a strong CS foundation, and hands-on work with React/React Native, TypeScript, and Python, plus AWS deployment experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong CS fundamentals with a degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Full-stack experience shipping user-facing features with React/React Native, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience deploying on AWS or working with cloud infrastructure as part of product development.
• Evidence of entrepreneurial drive or startup experience.
• Record of strong technical projects or high-impact contributions and stable employment.
• Customer-first approach with ability to iterate quickly without compromising quality.

You will help shape the product and engineering standards as the team grows, with room to take ownership and contribute across the full stack.

What We're Looking For

• One to three years of software engineering experience, ideally building early products in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Strong computer science fundamentals, supported by a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Full-stack product experience shipping user-facing features with React or React Native, TypeScript, and Python.

• Experience deploying on AWS or working with cloud infrastructure as part of product development.

• Evidence of entrepreneurial drive or experience at a fast-moving, high-performing startup.

• A record of strong technical projects or high-impact contributions, and a stable employment history.

• A customer-first approach, with interest in speaking with users and iterating quickly without compromising quality.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $185,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in New York City, New York, United States, five days per week.
