Glade.ai is seeking a Software Engineer in Menlo Park, CA to join our core product engineering team. This hands-on, full-stack role focuses on building high-impact features and shaping the platform powering Glade's AI-driven automation.

You will work with a modern TypeScript/React/Node.js stack, collaborate across teams, and contribute to architecture decisions, while growing rapidly in a fast-paced startup environment with significant equity and ownership.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience building production web applications.
• Strong frontend with TypeScript/React/CSS, and backend with Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of APIs and scalable system design.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a talented Software Engineer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our core product engineering team. This is a hands-on, full-stack engineering role where you'll work directly on high-impact features, shaping the core platform that powers Glades AI-driven automation.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship scalable, high-performance applications in a modern TypeScript/React/Node.js stack.
