Software Engineer (3–5 Years Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and launch full-stack applications rapidly using Python, Go, React, and TypeScript
• Integrate AI and automation into your daily work—creating systems that do more with less
• Ship quickly—test, learn, iterate, and improve
• Participate in early architecture decisions shaping the company's foundation
• Work autonomously, thrive in ambiguity, and be a key cultural contributor as one of the first engineers

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency across the stack; strong backend skills (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and frontend experience (React, TypeScript, Next.js a plus)
• Startup mindset—proactive, independent, and energetic about fast-paced work
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer impact
• Bonus: Experience with LLMs, AI tools, or prompt engineering
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, preferably from a recognized program
• Equity + up to 90% bonus potential
• On-site in Atlanta—collaborative environment believing in in-person idea sharing
