INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

General supervision of work with assignments that require a thorough and practical knowledge of the technical or business discipline. May be assigned to small projects or to phases/portions of larger projects. Proficient with tools, systems, and procedures required by the work. Understands and applies most principles, theories, concepts, and techniques utilized in the discipline. Developing experience in the applicable discipline in solution creation and increasing business knowledge. Provides resolution to various problems of moderately complex scope. Exercises judgment in the use of defined procedures and practices. Has mastered most of the basic job responsibilities. Contacts are typically with other members of the team, management, and/or outside the immediate organization. Failure to achieve goals may require additional resources to correct.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $98,769.66 USD to $133,629.54 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
