Quality Engineer (Global Quality Engineering)

The Quality Engineer plays a vital role in driving our zero-defect focus culture by developing and implementing quality plans, metrics, programs, and procedures using quality control statistics, LEAN manufacturing concepts, and analysis. The Quality Engineer ensures that performance and product quality from Brooks Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturers conforms to established company, customer and regulatory requirements and works collaboratively with all Brooks cross-functional teams to drive these requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Quality at Brooks is owned by all functions, but the Quality Engineer is an ambassador for quality across the organization. This role requires an individual who is collaborative and capable of driving results across the company with a team and customer focus.
Base Salary Range: $98,769.66 USD to $133,629.54 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
