As a Software Engineer, you'll design, develop, and test features for our assistive communication products while working across the full software development lifecycle, from prototype through release.
Responsibilities include:
During your first few months, you'll work closely with a dedicated mentor, become familiar with one of our products, and ship your first feature while learning how we design, review, test, and release software.
As you grow in the role, you'll take ownership of a component from design discussion through code review and release. You'll also spend time with Product Management and Technical Services to better understand how customers use our products.
Within your first year, you'll have opportunities to expand into additional technologies and platforms, whether that's web, embedded, cloud, or wherever your interests align with our product roadmap. Throughout the process, you'll receive regular coaching, collaborative code reviews, and support for continued learning and development.
This is an opportunity to work on meaningful technology that helps people communicate, learn, and connect. You'll join a collaborative engineering team that values curiosity, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement while contributing to products that make a real difference for customers around the world.
