In this role, you will work closely with management and the Product Development Team to analyze, design, code, test, and improve mission-critical software systems across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborative Development: Partner with management and development teams to define system requirements, design software architecture, write code, define processes, and support integration.
• Code Optimization & Review: Evaluate existing codebase to identify technical, logical, and design deficiencies; execute improvements, updates, and refactoring with high efficiency.
• Testing & Verification: Perform unit testing prior to integration, execute system analysis, and utilize automated testing methods to support software verification.
• Quality & Standards: Adhere strictly to team coding standards while exercising independent judgment to select the most efficient methods for development, testing, and debugging.
• Self-Directed Execution: Deliver essential results and complete core functions with limited supervision in an Agile environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related professional software engineering experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent field experience.
• Core Skills & Languages: Proficiency in C++ and Java, using modern IDEs like Microsoft Visual Studio.
