We are looking for a software professional with:

What You'll Do :

1. You will be developing new cloud-based solutions impacting millions of customers worldwide.
2. You will provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to nurture talent and foster a culture of innovation.
3. You will design and build extremely reliable, scalable, and high-performing enterprise systems in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible.
4. You will collaborate with your peers to drive effective delivery of projects executed in India.

What You'll Add to DigitalOcean :

1. B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent experience, is required.
2. Bring less than 3 years of software engineering and product delivery experience, with a strong background in algorithms and high-performance distributed systems.

What We'll Expect from You :

1. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, driven to see people using your creations, and eager to build pioneering solutions to challenging problems.
2. Strong understanding of core Computer Science areas such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Design, and Databases. Experience building applications on Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean).
3. Ability to write quality code in object-oriented languages—preferably in C, C++, or Java—in a Linux environment. Good knowledge of Web Application Development.
4. Experience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills and effectiveness.
5. Experience influencing best practices within your team.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
