Cimarron Software Services, Inc. seeks Software Engineers to support the Orion MPCV Spacecraft docking GNCP RPOD software development, validation and verification per the Lockheed Martin technical POC. Preference for Highlands Ranch, CO, with open remote options.

Key duties include reviewing requirements, crafting Python test scripts, and performing hardware/software verification across test beds, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
• 2+ years of software verification experience.
• Experience with Doors Requirements Management tool.
• Experience with Hardware/Software Integration.
• Capable, self-motivated person with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work cohesively with a team and build customer relationships.

Position Introduction/Key Duties

Cimarron is seeking Software Engineers for a position that will support the Orion MPCV Spacecraft docking GNCP RPOD software development, validation and verification, as directed by the Lockheed Martin technical POC.

We would prefer individuals to be located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado (Denver Area). However, we are open to a remote employees located elsewhere.

Key Duties:

• Review and understand requirements and their parts success criteria.
• Create test cases/test scripts in Python to fully verify success criteria.
• Follow a process of developing Python based testing through a final qualification review.
• Review existing GNCP verification tests in regression; identify any failings, understand the issues and implement corrections.
• Run both software and hardware test beds.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, outside mode teams, developers and principal engineers.

• Along with strong software expertise, this person must also be able to work cohesively with a team, build strong customer relationships and be willing to take on new and challenging tasks as they arise.
• Bachelors degree in a Computer/Information Science, Engineering or related field.
