Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Software Engineer to power our guest experience across venues and digital products. You will design, build, and maintain backend Go services and frontend Vue.js components, while defining API contracts and writing tests.

You will collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver reliable features and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development. You will work across the stack, from specs to implementation, and help monitor production systems, adding robust logging and

• 3+ years professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building backend services in Go.
• 2+ years building frontend with Vue.js.
• 1+ years working with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Go.
• Develop responsive frontend features with Vue.js.
• Define and implement API contracts between front-end and back-end services.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve logging/monitoring.

The Software Engineer helps power the technology behind the Topgolf guest experience, building backend services in Go and front-end applications in Vue.js that support our venues and digital products.
