About The Role

We are seeking a detail- oriented and technically skilled Software Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing support and an active U.S. government security clearance. This role involves working closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and support composite material applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide software and technical support for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to composite material fabrication.
• Utilize Siemens NX and FiberSIM for design and analysis.
• Support laser projection systems and pattern cutting/nesting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production workflows.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Proficient in Siemens NX CAD software.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes.
• Active (Secret/Top Secret) security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with composite materials and fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Siemens FiberSIM.
• Experience with laser projection systems (Virtek LaserEdge preferred).
• Familiarity with pattern cutting and nesting software (TruNest preferred).
  
  

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $77.00/hr.
