Job summary

Dexian is seeking a software engineer for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will contribute to building scalable backend systems with Java/Spring Boot and modern frontend work with React.

Responsibilities include developing and integrating REST APIs, writing SQL queries, and participating in testing and code reviews within an Agile environment. Strong collaboration with GitHub workflows is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of Java development using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• 1+ year of React development experience.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Basic SQL development experience, including queries, joins, and stored procedures.
• Understanding of software testing principles and unit testing.
• Experience with GitHub/source control.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
