Dexian Government Solutions in Blue Ridge Summit, PA seeks a Software Engineer SME with strong .NET expertise to support the Continuity & Readiness System at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex. The role is a technical lead responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical applications for national continuity operations in a SCIF.

Candidates must have 10+ years in software development with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core), active Secret clearance, and experience in DoD

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required to start.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in software development with significant .NET experience (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Experience in classified environments/SCIF settings.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system integration, and enterprise application development.
• Experience with SQL databases and data-driven application development.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements, RMF, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with version control and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite full-time at RRMC.

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong .NET expertise to support the Continuity & Readiness System (CRS) at the Raven Rock Mountain Complexin Blue Ridge Summit, Pennsylvania.

Position Overview:

• The selected candidate will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical applications that support national continuity operations.
• This role requires deep expertise in secure software development within classified environments and the ability to operate independently while collaborating with government stakeholders.
• The position is fully onsite within a SCIF and requires an active Secret clearance.

• Experience with SQL databases and data-driven application development.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements, RMF, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite full-time at RRMC.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in a mission-critical environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with government stakeholders.
