Radiance Technologies, an employee-owned company in the Dayton area, is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support NASIC and drive digital transformation. The role emphasizes solid problem solving, ownership, and collaboration across teams.

The candidate will design new capabilities, resolve existing issues, and mentor teammates while engaging with customers to communicate progress and technical details. TS/SCI clearance is required for the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development or a similar role.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with RESTful web services and modern frontend frameworks.
• Proficient with server-side languages (Golang, NodeJS, Python).
• Experience with version control (Git) and issue tracking (JIRA).

The Full Stack Software Engineer will support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) by performing software activities focused on assisting the Air Force move forward with digital transformation. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant STEM field
• U.S Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
• Ability to communicate technical details of work
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and take ownership for segments of a project
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Experience with server-side languages, preference toward Golang, NodeJS, and/or Python
• Experience with modern frontend JavaScript frameworks, preference toward Angular, React, and/or Vue
• Experience with version control software (ex Git)
• Experience with bug/issue tracking software such as JIRA

Desired Experience

• Experience with Kubernetes / HELM
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines utilizing Gitlab CI or Jenkins
• Experience with Docker (containerized deployment)
• Experience utilizing NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB
• Secret Security Clearance or higher
