Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, seeks a Senior Software Development Manager for the Networking organization to lead a team supporting the VNICaaS platform powering OCI’s critical network functions.

The role requires balancing growth, stability, and feature expansion, partnering with major internal and external customers to drive the network business forward.

About The Team

Manage a team that supports a tier 0 networking service powering many of OCI's critical network functions.

Description

As a Senior Software Development Manager within the Networking organization, you will manage a team supporting our VNICaaS platform. This platform powers many of our most critical network functions.

You will lead a team responsible for rapidly growing the platform as OCI grows while maintaining the stability that is required of a tier 0 service. You will work with our largest internal and external customers to build features necessary for their growth. You will balance the challenges of growth, stability, and feature expansion in order to prioritize OCI's networking business growth.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $133,100 to $306,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
