Are you a seasoned full-stack architect who loves writing production-grade code, mentoring engineers, and setting technical standards—without getting bogged down by traditional people management? As an AI-first innovation shop and AWS Advanced Tier Partner, RevStar builds cutting-edge cloud-native products that drive real client impact. We are seeking a senior Software Development Lead to act as a player-coach and technical standard bearer across our practice. In this role, you will raise the quality bar across all delivery teams through hands-on code contribution, architectural governance, developer enablement, and reusable technical accelerators.
Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of driving technical standards across multiple delivery teams.
Core Stack Depth: Master-level expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS (APIs, asynchronous systems), and cloud-native AWS architectures.
Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering (or equivalent experience); active AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect or Developer) are strongly preferred.
Remote-First Working Environment – Collaborate from anywhere while staying connected with our global team.
