Agate Software is seeking a dynamic Software Development Manager to lead our Project Development team through a growth phase. This role goes beyond coding to build a scalable, disciplined development organization balancing speed, quality, and profitability.

You will oversee a large, diverse team (10–15 direct reports) and establish a Scrum-lead structure, partnering with Product, QA, PM, Operations and Sales to deliver projects on time and with strong margins.
