Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or management.
• 2-5 years of technical management experience.
• In-person, in-office role in the United States.
• Ability to read and understand code.
• Experience leading multiple teams to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Exercise independent judgment in project management by prioritizing and tracking progress.
• Lead one or more software and QA teams to deliver on the roadmap.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure success.
• Collaborate with product and exec leadership on direction.
• Serve as escalation point for complex development issues.
