Uline is hiring a Software Development Manager in Pleasant Prairie, WI to lead a 3-5 person development team and deliver high-impact software solutions across our North American operations. You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of people management with Java/Angular/JavaScript experience; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience with application project experience in Java, Angular or JavaScript.
• Experience guiding full project lifecycles and building scalable software solutions.
• H1-B lottery participation is not offered by Uline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3 to 5 developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture and design decisions with business goals and product strategy.
• Support team members in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
